LIFETIME Television and Marie Claire magazine once again join forces to champion the fight against breast cancer with "Women Rock! Girls & Guitars.'' The signature rock concert, featuring some of today's hottest performers, will tape in Los Angeles at the Wiltern Theater on Thursday, October 18 and air on the LIFETIME Television Network, Friday, October 26 at 8 PM (ET/PT). The two-hour special will be an awareness and fundraising event benefiting the National Alliance of Breast Cancer Organizations (NABCO) and the National Breast Cancer Coalition (NBCC). Lending their talents to the efforts are (listed alphabetically) India.Arie, Pat Benatar, Mary J. Blige, Beth Nielsen Chapman, Dixie Chicks, Nelly Furtado, Emmylou Harris and Shea Seger.
